U.S. Customers: If you're not completely
satisfied with any of the woods you've purchased, please inform us
within 30 days of receiving the goods. We will then offer you the
following options: 1) Having a replacement piece (or pieces) sent to
you; 2) Being issued a store credit for the full value of the
unsatisfactory items; or 3) Being issued a full refund (including the
original shipping charges, if your entire purchase is unacceptable).
We require that you return any item(s) you're unhappy with first, before
we implement any of the above three options. We will pay for this return
shipping. Note: Any wood being returned to us
must remain in its original state; pieces that have been cut, sanded, or
altered in any way, are not returnable.
Please make sure to include a copy of your invoice with any return.
International Customers: Because
international shipping charges are cost prohibitive, we can not,
unfortunately, offer to pay for any return shipping. However, the rest
of our money-back guarantee policy remains the same as stated above. We
only ask that you pay for shipping the unsatisfactory item(s) back to us
(feel free to choose the cheapest shipping method available).
